    Welcome to the Elsewedy Cement mobile application (“Application”), operated by Elsewedy Cement (“Elsewedy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).     Access to the Elsewedy Cement mobile application is strictly limited to pre-registered traders who are officially listed in our customer database. New users cannot create an account through the Application.
     
    To be eligible for an account, traders must complete the registration process through Elsewedy Cement’s official channels, which requires submitting:
     
    A valid commercial registration certificate
     
    A tax card
     
    Compliance with Egyptian laws and regulations
     
     
    2.2 Data We Collect
    Since account creation is only available to pre-registered customers, the Application does not collect personal registration data from new users. However, we process and store the following information for verified traders:
     
    User login credentials (provided by Elsewedy Cement)
     
    Order details (such as purchase history and shipment tracking)
     
    Uploaded payment receipts for validation
     
    Account balance information (including available funds and free coupons)
     
     
    2.3 No Collection of Location Data
    The Elsewedy Cement mobile application does not collect, track, or use your geographic location at any time.

    3. Payment Processing and Financial Transactions
     
    3.1 No In-App Payments
    The Application does not support direct payment transactions. All payments must be completed using the approved financial channels of Elsewedy Cement, which include:
     
    Bank transfers
     
    Other official payment methods recognized under Egyptian law
     
     
    The Application is used only for uploading payment receipts for validation. Funds are credited to your account only after approval by the Elsewedy Cement finance department.

    4. Data Security & Protection
     
    We take data security seriously and implement strict measures to protect your information, including:
     
    No storage of passwords on devices
     
    Automatic session termination after 3 minutes of inactivity
     
    No concurrent logins on multiple devices
